 Now in it's 37th year, the Midwinter Executive Housing Conference is an annual conference for top executives in the housing finance industry. Held in Park City, Utah, (site of the 2002 Winter Olympics), and chaired by Richard T. Pratt, it is famous for its combination of "cutting-edge" topics, lively repartee between speakers and audience, and of course, great skiing opportunities.
